Steam seafood restaurant · South Bridge Road, Singapore

A table worth gathering around.

Live seafood, steamed at your table in a brass pot. Every drop falls into the congee below, so the last bowl tastes of everything before it.

Steam seafood, with the congee waiting underneath.

Pick your seafood from the live tanks and we steam it in layers, in a brass pot, at your table. The congee simmering below catches every drop, and becomes the last course of the meal.

The kitchen also cooks Chinese dishes for sharing, from braised pork belly to Hong Kong style steamed grouper, made for a round table and a long night.
